Our Cash Bond pays annual interest at a fixed rate of 3.14%. Interest is paid in equal bi-annual payments, directly into the investor’s bank account. While we believe this is already a very attractive return on your invested capital, there is the added benefit of being able to access your capital with just 30 days notice. We believe that this type of bond provides investors with a flexible investment that achieves significant returns whilst also offering continuous access to capital in case of need.
