1. The Christmas West Ham Prize Draw (the "December Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who are Verified Investors (defined in clause 4 below) and have already provided their personal contact details to B&G Finance Ltd ("Basset & Gold").
2. Employees of Basset & Gold or its group of companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw including any associated companies who have been involved in the administration of this Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants warrant that they have legal capacity to enter the competition.
5. To automatically enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Basset & Gold investment application form and fund the investment by 31 December 2018 (‘Verified Investor’). If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email email@example.com with "December Prize Draw" in the subject line.
6. Only one entry per Verified Investor is permitted. Entries on behalf of another Verified Investor will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. Basset & Gold accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Basset & Gold.
8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 16:59 on 31st December 2019. Entries received after this time shall not be considered.
9. Ten winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random process. The draw will take place on 2nd January at 17:00.
10. The winners will be notified by email no later than 7th January 2019. If the winning entrant cannot be contacted by 14th January 2019, Basset & Gold reserves the right to select a new winner. The prize will be sent to the winners by Basset & Gold by post.
11. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Basset & Gold shall be entitled to select another winner.
12. Each winner will receive a 1 pair of tickets to a designated West Ham United home game at the London stadium during the 2017/18 season.
13. Basset & Gold accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the stadium).
14. Basset & Gold will not tolerate any inappropriate, drunken and/or disorderly behavior during the West Ham United home game at the London stadium and reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s prize should it be considered appropriate and/or necessary.

16. Winning entries will not be able to select particularly matches or home game match dates. This will be at the total discretion of Basset & Gold.
17. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The prize may not be offered for resell for monetary benefit.
18. West Ham United reserves the right to revoke or refuse the match tickets available in this Prize Draw should they see fit.
19. Basset & Gold retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
20. Basset & Gold cannot take any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction, including but not limited to any affecting email services, internet servers or email systems, which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
21. Football match fixture dates may be subject to change from time to time for reasons beyond our control (including, without limitation, television scheduling, cup competitions or postponement due to adverse weather conditions). Where any match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, we shall not have any liability to you or your guests, except that following any cancellation, abandonment or postponement of a home match you shall be entitled to attend the rearranged match. If you are unable to attend any such rearranged match your booking will be cancelled. For the avoidance of doubt, if the match is not cancelled, abandoned or postponed and goes ahead in instances of (including without limitation) adverse weather, we shall not be obliged to transfer or refund tickets and we shall not have any liability to you or your guests.
22. Basset & Gold accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Basset & Gold further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Basset & Gold for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
23. Basset & Gold reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Basset & Gold in all matters under its control is final and binding.
24. Basset & Gold shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
25. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
