Investment Term – Currently we have 3 and 5-Year (7.46% p.a.) bonds on offer.
Investment Amount – For this bond, the minimum investment is £1,000 and the maximum is £500,000. Please note: Ordinary Investors may only invest up to 10% of their net liquid assets in higher risk Unregulated Bonds such as those issued by Basset & Gold Plc. Your capital is at risk.
Annual Interest – The 3 Year Fixed Monthly Income Bond pays an annual interest at a fixed rate of 6.22% and the 5 Year Bond pays 7.46% p.a.
Interest Payments – Interest on all our Fixed Monthly Income Bonds is paid monthly from the date of issue directly into your bank account. The interest rate will remain the same for the duration of the bond's period.
Asset-Backed Investments – Loans are backed by assets, such as corporate debentures, property and other forms of security in order to protect our investments and your capital. The security held does not guarantee the return of your capital, it may take time to cash them in, and returns could be delayed.
Our Fees – We charge a fee to our borrowers, not investors. We do not charge investors any fees or add any charges. We charge a 20% fee to our borrowers which is paid to a third party connected company. This is disclosed in the Invitation Document to eligible investors, and highlighted in the application process.
Illiquid investment – Your capital is tied up for the full term of investment. Early redemption is not allowed except in the case of terminal illness or at the board’s discretion.
No secondary market – As the bonds are non-transferable, there is no secondary market for investors to sell their bonds.

Promotion of the bonds and arranging investment is through B&G Finance Ltd. and the bonds are issued by Basset & Gold Plc.
