The £20 contribution will be paid by Basset & Gold in addition to the investment amount in the Bond.
The minimum investment is £1,000 and the maximum is £500,000 for all Basset & Gold bonds.

The maximum cumulative promotional contribution is £20 for this promotion, ending Friday 28th September at 5pm.
This promotion only applies to investors whose application is accepted by Basset & Gold and whosefunds have been cleared within the above specified time frame.
The customer must commit to lending the funds for theminimum term of the Bond invested in. If a customer requests to redeem the Bond before maturity, Basset & Gold reserves the right to withdraw the promotional amount from the customer’s investment at any time, without prior notice or consent from the customer.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these promotional specific Terms and Conditions which are supplementary Basset & Gold’s standard full Terms and Conditions and The Lender Agreement.
Investors participating in this promotion are not eligible to combine this offer with any other current Basset & Gold promotions.
Customers must pass Basset & Gold’s standard Anti Money Laundering checks and send funds from a bank account in their own name from an acceptable institution. It should be noted that Basset & Gold is under no obligation to accept any customer.
Any participant found to be operating multiple accounts in promotions will be in breach of these and general account terms and Basset & Gold will determine, at its sole discretion, by whatever means it deems necessary, to establish if different entries and accounts are connected to the same person.
Participants will be found to be in breach of these promotional specific terms if Basset & Gold, at its sole discretion, has a reason to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
If a customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the £20 added to the customer’s investment will be forfeited and Basset & Gold shall be entitled to select another eligible customer.
The promotionis non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other promotions.
Basset & Gold retains the right to substitute thispromotionwith another promotion of similar value in the event the original promotion offered is not available.
Basset & Gold accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotionor accepting the prize. Basset & Gold further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the promotion. The decision of Basset & Gold in all matters under its control is final and binding.
Basset & Gold shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
This promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
